Lamar Odom Dodges Felony Charges for Paparazzi Altercation

Lamar Odom walked away from charges related to his run-in with a paparazzi cameraman in the middle of an L.A. street on July 10th with a simple financial slap on the wrist.  While his case was initially sent to the L.A. County D.A. to consider possible felony charges, Odom has instead been given a pass by the D.A., who referred it to the L.A. City Attorney for a possible misdemeanor charge. 

According to what law enforcement has told TMZ, Lamar agreed to pay for breaking the photog's camera equipment, and will have to attend an office hearing for a sit-down discussion with the photographer and a hearing officer as an alternative to appearing for prosecution. 

The photog angered Lamar after questioning him about whether or not he cheated on his wife Khloe Kardashian.
