Daniele Watts, known for her roles in Django and the FX show "Partners," shared a heartbreaking story of her experience with the police on Facebook that has caught national attention. Watts, whose boyfriend chef Brian James Lucas is white, was seen kissing her boyfriend in Studio City when she was later approached by two police officers. The officers, who assumed she was a prostitute placed the actress in handcuffs and detained her on the sidewalk without giving her a reason why. Watts broke down the experience Thursday via Facebook. "Today I was handcuffed and detained by 2 police officers from the Studio City Police Department after refusing to agree that I had done something wrong by showing affection, fully clothed, in a public place," she said. "When the officer arrived, I was standing on the sidewalk by a tree. I was talking to my father on my cell phone. I knew that I had done nothing wrong, that I wasn't harming anyone, so I walked away. A district attorney involved in Adrian Peterson's child abuse case says the player could face serious jail time if convicted of the crime. According to the Business Insider, the D.A. says that Peterson's actions were possibly done "with criminal negligence or recklessly." He also added during a press conference that a guilty conviction could land the player in jail for up to two years and a $10,000 fine. Peterson has since been released from jail after posting a $15,000 bond, 30 minutes after turning himself in. It was also announced that he wouldn't play against the Patriots on Sunday. If the player issues a plea deal in the case, it can begin as early as 2015.  Source:  Business Insider

Vivid Entertainment is in the process of reviewing a sex tape that allegedly features rap superstar Iggy Azalea. The company reveals that they were approached by a third party who represents a person with rights to a sex tape featuring the "Fancy" rapper.  Vivid CEO Steven Hirsch spoke on how massive he thinks the tape could be. "I believe there would be a huge demand for her sex tape. Iggy has proved that she's an amazing talent. If there is any tape out there that can rival that of Kim Kardashian, this one is it! We are conducting our due diligence and if we are satisfied with our review, we will definitely try to make a deal to distribute the tape." When you're undefeated it may seem like you can go on fighting forever -- but in the end Father Time always wins.  Floyd Mayweather announced that after his rematch with Marcos Maidana this weekend he'll only be fighting two more times before he calls it quits.  "I only got two more fights left [after Saturday] and after the next two fights I just want to build the Mayweather Promotions brand," Mayweather said, according to ESPN. "My next fight is in May and my last fight is in September, so a year from now will be my last fight." If Mayweather remains undefeated over his next few bouts he'll be one win shy of 50. While many young people look up to Nicki Minaj, it seems the new principal at her alma mater has no interest in Onika going back to spread knowledge, as the Queen from Queens recently told her Barbz via Twitter that her request to speak at LaGuardia High School has been denied.   "I wanted to go back to my HS and speak to the students but the new principal declined. No need for me to inspire them, I guess. Smh" Many of Nicki's fans were in disbelief, citing Minaj's popularity and influence on young people as a key reason she should be able to speak to the school.  When asked why they turned down her offer, Minaj claims they didn't give her a clear answer.

Gucci Mane has had a year knocked off of his 39-month prison sentence. According to Rolling Stone, an Atlanta judge ruled that a year would be labeled as time served. The rapper was arrested in September 2013 for firearm possession, and was sentenced on August 2014. The rapper's lawyers convinced the judge that the rapper's sentencing should begin at the time he was arrested, rather than the time he was sentenced. Gucci is now expected to be released from jail in 2016. Until then, the rapper will engage in a drug rehabilitation program. Once released, Gucci will only have permission to spend a week at a time outside of Georgia. The rapper will release a new mixtape, Trap God 3 soon. Source:  Rolling Stone

Benzino has exposed Stevie J and Joseline's financial woes on Instagram this week. According to Bossip, the head of Hip Hop Weekly posted a rant on his page about the couple, and revealed that they came to him after they were unable to pay for their power bills. After having a good time with himself and Althea, Benzino says he paid their bills so they were able to return home. He also claims that Joseline's attack was strictly for cameras. The reality star quickly took down the post and placed photos from his recent magazine spread with Althea in its place. Stevie J has been hit with financial rumors in the past. A former friend claimed that he stole the furniture and dishes from her storage space. He's also been the target of child support cases where he allegedly owed his ex a staggering million dollars. In an upcoming interview set to air this weekend, basketball legend  Charles Barkley  claims he accepted money from agents during his playing days at Auburn. "I got some cash from agents," Barkley says on the Season 5 premiere of  In Depth with Graham Bensigner , which will air Saturday. "I've talked to the NCAA. I think that should be legal. I want some money too, everybody else is making money. I want to go on dates. I want to go buy myself some new suits. I want to buy myself some new sneakers, and I paid the agents back."Barkley played at Auburn for three seasons from 1981 to 1984. Anyone who has anything saved on iCloud better watch out, because apparently the leaked nudes of stars like Kate Upton and Jennifer Lawrence aren't the only ones being exposed to the masses. Philly songstress Jill Scott is the latest victim of this invasion of privacy, with two alleged photos of the singer hitting the net last night causing a complete uproar, almost shutting down Twitter altogether. Scott decided to address the situation head on, admitting that one of the photos is indeed her wearing a strategically placed robe that covered her most private areas. The second photo according to Scott isn't her, with the "Golden" singer saying, "I Wish I Had That Space Between My Thighs." She proved this point by posting a picture of the two side-by-side, focusing on the fact that there are two different phones being used in the shots. It wasn't long at all after personal and explicit photos of some 100 celebrities started making the rounds when people started attributing the leak to a breach of Apple's iCloud storage system . After a nearly two day long investigation, Apple has  released a statement  to try and clear things up -- to hear the folks in Cupertino tell it, the incident was a "very targeted attack on user names, passwords and security questions" in which some celebrity accounts were "compromised" and that none of its systems were breached in the process. In other words, we  may  not be looking at a  savvy hack exploiting a Find my iPhone security flaw so much as some very dedicated account brute-forcing and phishing. Of course, that's not to say that the pictures in question (well, the ones that weren't taken with Android devices anyway)  didn't come from iCloud, just that hackers apparently didn't directly crack the sanctity of Apple's services. A number of celebrities' most private photos are set to be revealed by the anonymous hacker who recently made headlines. According to The Smoking Section, the alleged hacker(s) have threatened to leak photos of over 100 more celebrities since Kate Upton and Jennifer Lawrence's photos  have garnered so much attention. The list includes photos of Rihanna, newlywed Gabrielle Union, Meagan Good, Selena Gomez, Jojo and many more. The photos were alleged stolen through the respective celebs' iCloud accounts, although it hasn't been confirmed. An Apple representative says that the company is looking into the matter to see if indeed the targeted celebrities were hacked through the service. "We take user privacy very seriously and are actively investigating this report," Nat Kerris, the spokeswoman for Apple said. Check out the additional names dropped by the hackers below. CeeLo has a lot of fans telling the singer/ rapper "F**k You" after he made remarks on Monday night saying  rape doesn't count if the person is unconscious. "If someone is passed out they're not even WITH you consciously," he tweeted. "People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!" While he quickly deleted the actual tweets that got him in trouble with the public, he decided to delete his account altogether after fans wouldn't let up on the Goodie Mob spitter. Michael Sam has been given an invitation to WWE's Monday Night Raw to share his thoughts on getting cut from the St. Louis Rams. According to CBS Sports, the announcement was made Monday night where the player would have an "open microphone" on his situation.  Sam was cut over the weekend by the St. Louis Rams  and wasn't picked up by another team. Comedian Chris Tucker is in trouble with Uncle Sam yet again. According to TMZ, Tucker has a $2.5 million tax lien that gives him a grand total of $14 million in unpaid taxes. Over the past ten years, the actor has allegedly skipped out on his taxes. In 2013, Tucker started paying back his taxes, including the Georgia tax liens he didn't know existed. In total, the actor has paid back almost a million dollars. His representatives have also confirmed that he has reached a settlement with the IRS on his current debt. It is unknown if Tucker will pay half of the $14 million, or an installment plan. Michael Sam has been cut from the St. Louis Rams. According to BuzzFeed, the NFL's first openly gay player was released from the team Saturday at 4 p.m. in an effort to trim down the team's roster. The Rams picked up the seventh-round draft pick in May. The player has 24 hours to sign with another team. Vladtv 

Atlanta group, Migos were the target of an alleged robbery during their performance at a Summer Jam concert in Tennessee over the holiday weekend. The group performed for fans at the Hot 107.9 Summer Jam concert with other acts like Future, K Camp, Ca$h Out, Kirko Bangz and more. During their performance, a fan allegedly tried to steal one of the members chain. In the video above, a fight breaks out and people are pulled off the stage. After the concert, DJ Jrum Major posted a photo of the assailant with a little insight into the fight. "When n***** try to snatch chains on stage it don't go well for em!!! Yesterday the net was nearly shut down by the leak of several nude celebrity photos, including buxom model Kate Upton, singer Ariana Grande and most notably, "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence. A 4chan user claims to have released the pics and is threatening to release more images in exchange for cash. While a rep for Grande claims her images are "completely fake," Lawrence's rep confirmed that her photos are real and allegedly stolen from her iCloud account. "This is a flagrant violation of privacy, and the authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence." Source:  Huffington Post

Cassidy sat down for an exclusive interview with VladTV, where he opened up about battling rappers off camera. The Philly emcee says he's been called to the studio by the likes of Busta Rhymes and Timbaland to battle their artists, including DJ Envy's artist Coke, as well as Philly's Most Wanted.  The conversation then turns to his highly anticipated Total Slaughter match against Dizaster, who Cassidy says he didn't choose to battle. He also addresses comments about saying he'd never battle a non-industry rapper, and explains that the money was right this time around.  Cassidy has said in past interviews that he's turned down up to $100,000 for a battle, and reveals he was paid close to $250,000 for his Total Slaughter face-off. This is the most money ever made in battle rap, and the "I'm a Hustla" rapper says he feels the amount is on par with what he thinks he deserves.
