Darren Wilson won't be leaving Ferguson with empty pockets as reports claim the former officer received huge cash donations from online fundraisers during the height of the Ferguson protests in September. According to Rolling Out, a GoFundMe page and another online group, Shield of Hope helped raise a combined total of $500,000, double of what supporters gave Michael Brown's family to cover their funeral costs. One of the fundraisers, Shield of Hope was shut down over backlash from supporters of Michael Brown. The other group was created by the people behind the  "Support Darren Wilson"  page on Facebook. They've denied shutting the page down and claimed they continue to raise money for the officer. They also showed their support to the officer when the grand jury announced Wilson wouldn't be charged for Brown's death. Their message reads: "Some people think our page just began yesterday. Independence Day is returning to the theater without Captain Steven Hiller, Deadline reports. 20th Century Fox has been given the green light to begin production on the sequel to one of Will Smith's biggest blockbuster films. While the actor won't be in the sequel, Jeff Goldblum and Bill Pullman are expected to make cameos in the film. As for a lead, rumors have circled around Fruitvale Station's Michael B. Jordan for over a year. Critics believe if the actor shows interest in the film, a part will more than likely be offered to him. A script has been completed for the film and a release date for June 26, 2016. The original film was released July 2, 1996 and grossed over $800 million worldwide. The news comes just a month after it was announced another 90's hit film  Rush Hour  would be made into a television series. Um, freaking gross!!! An airplane full of people which was headed to LA, had to land in Nebraska because a passenger wouldn’t stop masturbating on a Virgin America flight. This is very disturbing, there are all types of people on an airplane including little kids. The airplane was forced to make an emergency landing because of this. The police are saying that Doug Adams a 26 year old was jerking off in his seat while on the airplane. You would think that perhaps the guy was masturbating in the bathroom but no, right in his seat. He was screaming at the women sitting next to him while jerking off. A passenger even got this on film. It turns out a couple of Boston police officers were actually on the same flight and acted as quickly as possible to prevent more horrid acts. After being reinstated into the NFL, a few teams have shown interest in Ray Rice including the New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts. According to ESPN, the teams more than likely won't actively approach him about the deal. Two other teams have also shown interest in the player but haven't been announced. Teams are not only worried about his personal life, but are also concerned on his overall performance. It isn't known if Rice was practicing during his time away from the league. Rice did however, go to domestic violence programs with his wife Janay Rice following the elevator incident that left his then fiancee unconscious. A 47 year old Pennsylvania resident by the name of Jacklyn Blake stabbed her boyfriend on Thanksgiving! According to police, Blake’s boyfriend said she was drunk earlier and was sleeping it off. When she woke up from a nap, she attacked him by stabbing him and throwing the knife below his left eye. The reason was because he ate Thanksgiving dinner without her. It’s not clear if she has a lawyer, but Blake is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, simple assault, reckless endangerment and making terroristic threats. Brittany Little, a 22-year-old woman from Westland, is facing child abuse charges after she left her young kids alone for hours. Police found a four-year-old boy wandering outside wearing only his underwear and an infant inside Little's apartment. Both children were taken to Garden City Hospital and turned over to Child Protective Services, which gave them to their grandmother. Little told police she had left the kids alone for seven hours while she went to school. Police said Little told them she left the kids alone for four hours the previous day. (CNN) - Darren Wilson, the police officer who fatally shot an unarmed teenager in August, has resigned from the police department in Ferguson, Missouri, his attorney, Neil Bruntrager, confirmed to CNN Saturday night. In a telephone interview with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Wilson said he resigned after the police department told him it received threats of violence if he remained an employee. "I'm resigning of my own free will," he said. "I'm not willing to let someone else get hurt because of me." He said resigning was "the hardest thing I've ever had to do." The resignation, which is immediate, comes five days after a grand jury decided not to indict Wilson in the killing of Michael Brown, 18. The shooting sparked worldwide protests and the Monday announcement of no indictment triggered another round of demonstrations that continued through the week and into the weekend. As we get closer to the anniversary of famed actor Paul Walker's death, his younger brother has spoken out about his brother's legacy and how he continues to keep him alive through continuing his charity and more. According to E! News, Paul's brother Cody says he keeps his brother's charity organization, Reach Out Worldwide, active with toy drives for the holidays and mission trips to help the less fortunate. The actor and his friend Roger Rodas, died last year Nov. 30  in a car accident while leaving the actor's ROWW fund-raising event. They were both killed on impact. Cody says the year has been challenging without his brother, but he knows he would be happy to see the project still going strong. Pizza Hut wants to help you skip your super-ego middleman and just let your id order that triple-cheese bacon pepperoni pie directly. It's " Subconscious Menu " uses  Tobii's eye-tracking tech  to figure out which of 20 different ingredients you're looking at on a screen (see the video below). It then takes all of three seconds to identify the pizza you  really want based on which you looked at the longest. Pizza Hut says its Subconscious Menu is still in trials, but after testing to a 98 percent success rate, it may eventually appear in restaurants.

Back in May, we told you that LG was planning to  release a sequel  to its  G Flex  smartphone before the end of 2014. However, we’re now hearing that the new handset won’t be introduced this year.  According to Android Authority and unnamed sources, LG will officially announce the second generation G Flex - most probably called G Flex 2 - at CES 2015 in early January. Just like the original G Flex (pictured above), the new model should be curved and flexible, sporting a P-OLED display. However, it’s said that its screen  will be smaller  than the one featured by the current G Flex, while also offering a higher pixel resolution. As you may know, the original G Flex offers a 6-inch screen with 720 x 1280 pixels - not exactly the best resolution for such a large display.  Another feature that the LG G Flex 2 should keep is the self-healing back cover. There are no other details about the handset at the moment, but we can probably safely assume that it’s going to run Android 5.0 Lollipop

In an interview with The New York Times, RZA reveals that he's spent $500,000 of his own money to fund Wu-Tang Clan's upcoming album, A Better Tomorrow. The producer, director and songwriter also discussed the process behind the album and the differences between life in the booth and on the big screen. RZA confessed that his huge investment into the album won't hurt his pockets. Through the process of the album, the group dealt with a few internal conflicts like  Raekwon holding a strike over creative differences.  The producer says he's comfortable with his lifestyle and believes the investment is well worth it. It's no secret that Jada Pinkett-Smith has an incredible body, and she proved that she got her good genes from her unbelievably fit mother. The family of Eric Garner is anticipating the decision from a grand jury in New York to see if Officer Pantaleo will face criminal charges for the 43-year old's  horrific death. According to CBS News, the grand jury is close to releasing their decision since hearing from the last witness, a police officer last week. The Staten Island district attorney has been silent on details surrounding the case but with photos and video evidence, the case has drawn comparisons to Michael Brown's death by Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri. Garner died during an arrest for allegedly selling loose cigarettes on the street in Brooklyn in July. During the arrest, Officer Daniel Pantaleo was seen placing the father of six in an illegal chokehold. The father's final words were, "I can't breathe." Garner died a few minutes later as paramedics failed to resuscitate him. Two officers including Pantaleo, were placed on desk duty following the incident while four emergency w

Now that the hype behind the mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao has been rekindled, it looks like former boxing champion and top-notch boxing promoter Oscar De La Hoya is set on making the match finally happen. One of the major issues that has prevented the fight from happening is money.  In the past, Mayweather felt as though Manny was demanding too great of a percentage of the earnings, while Manny felt as though Floyd wasn't be fair with the monetary split.  Now, Oscar De La Hoya has stepped up and claims that he is willing to offer them the biggest payday in boxing history. Shortly after much of the United States was sent into an uproar over the grand jury's decision not to indict Darren Wilson for killing Michael Brown, Ferguson police gave the public another reason to have major issues with the law enforcement.   Chaos erupted at a gas station in the 10000 block of Halls Ferry in the late hours of Tuesday morning, November 25th, which led to pregnant Dornella Conners being shot with a "less lethal" Ferguson police bean bag which sadly stripped her ability to see out of her left eye completely.  Dornella's right eye was badly damaged as well, and she has lost vision in her one remaining eye. She and her boyfriend De'Angelas Lee, were just driving around in the streets of Ferguson in respects to Mike Brown after learning that Darren Wilson had gotten off completely.  She told News 4 KMOV that they were not looting, rioting, carrying any weapons, or posing any sort of threat to anyone while peacefully driving around in their vehicle.
