Bionic Bra automatically boosts and loosens to keep your breasts in place
Hey ladies. Let's have a bit of girl talk. Specifically, let's talk about boobs. Both you and I know that shopping for bras is a pain. They almost never fit perfectly, they're awkward to deal with and worst of all, they can be damned uncomfortable. Probably the worst culprit is the sports bra, as it has to be snug and unyielding in order to keep your girls from bouncing all over the place as you jog away on the treadmill. Enough with bras that change color or have built-in heart monitors; I just want a bra that's both functional andcomfortable no matter the situation. It's 2014. Why isn't this a thing yet?
Well, it appears that I'm not the only one to desire such an invention. A group of scientists led by Professor Gordon Wallace and Professor Julie Steele over at the University of Wollongong in Australia have just come up with the first prototype of something they call the Bionic Bra. They've apparently been working on this for the past 15 years, but technology is only now catching up to their plans. Made out of intelligent components like actuators and sensors, the bra is able to automatically tighten or loosen depending on breast movement. So if you're sweating it out at the gym, the bra will constrict, but if you're just sitting in the car, the fibers will relax.
