Chinga Chang Records is determined to secure a record deal with Amanda Bynes, and the company's producer has upped their initial offer of $150,000 to $200,000 in an attempt to make it happen. Chinga Chang's Daniel Herman is even convinced that Amanda is capable of making a better album than Drake.
“I would have to be an idiot to not do everything in my power to create a classic album with her.
