Former D.C. mayor Adrian Fenty's daughter was put in protective custody Tuesday night, after the 4-year-old girl was found alone in a recreation center bathroom.
D.C. police were called to the recreation center after a woman, who appeared intoxicated, tried to claim the girl as her own. It turns out, the woman was the sister-in-law of Fenty.
The girl was reunited with family members only two hours after the incident, and no charges have been filed as of yet.
