19-year-old Luis Flores, Jr. and his mother, Kyah Green were arrested in August on federal charges. Flores pleaded guilty in October and has been sentenced to three and a half years in federal prison for credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft. The court also entered a money judgment for $16,802.
Green pleaded guilty to covering up Flores' crimes and was sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to pay restitution of the same amount for ATM withdrawals she took out of a bank account in which Flores had accrued more than $71,000, according to authorities.
The official report from August said Flores and his mother Green obtained the information of Kim Kardashian, her mother Kris Jenner, Paris Hilton and others. Investigators also said that when they searched the pair's home computer, they found the personal information of first lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Beyonce Knowles and more.
