A 29-year-old woman is facing a number of charges, including discharging a firearm in or at a building, after she shot at McDonald's
Shaneka Torres was dismayed to get home and discover that workers at a Grand Rapids, Mich., McDonald's forgot to add bacon to her burger. Torres called up the restaurant and spoke with a manager, who was more than happy to offer her another meal on the house.
Later that night, Torres was out and about with friends when she decided to make a Mickey D's pit stop to claim her free grub. Tragically, workers once again failed to add bacon to her sandwich. For Torres this was too much; while still sitting at the drive-thru, the woman pulled out a gun, reached across her friend in the driver's seat, and fired the weapon through the window.
Police were able to track down Torres by using a phone number which she had left with an employee earlier that day.
Torres was arraigned on three felony charges which could land her in prison. She currently sits in the Kent County jail on a $50,000 bond.
