Draya's Ex-Boyfriend Plans to Sue Over Secret Sex Tape

A disgruntled ex-boyfriend of reality star Draya Michele wants to take her to court over a lost sex tape.

According to TMZ, a sex tape showing a woman that resembled Draya and David Miranda is currently being shopped around the web.

Miranda says they dated from January 2011 to September 2013. During their romance, they recorded their sexcapades. Draya's ex says the alleged tape has slipped into the hands of a third person because of Draya.

The ex filed the case in a small claims court in New York for loss of "private documents."

Draya hasn't responded to the allegations, but continued to post selfies and modeled some pieces from her clothing line, Fine Ass Girls.
