It's looking like this winter may also be known as sex tape season. K. Michelle recently admitted to a potential sex tapefloating around and now Usher's found himself in a similar predicament, as a tape featuring him and his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, is currently being shopped around on the black market.
According to TMZ, back in 2010 someone broke into Usher's car and stole 2 laptops, 2 video cameras and over a million dollars worth of jewelry. As it turns out, a sex tape was on one of the laptops. The thieves attempted to sell it but no one would bite; however, the video has resurfaced and is making its rounds at gossip sites, waiting for the highest bidder. They wouldn't be able to sell it to an actual adult film company because they would need Usher's permission to release it, and that's not going to happen.
Usher's lawyer Mark Geragos is said to be on an aggressive hunt to find the person shopping the tape to prevent it from hitting the net and lock them up for theft.
