J. Cole has been giving back to fans in a big way in the midst of dropping his "2014 Forest Hills Drive," and traveled all the way to Philly to sign a fan's album. 

The Roc Nation rapper answered a fan's tweet to come visit her in Philly, and J. Cole gave her a surprise visit.
