"Lemme See" singer Usher was spotted this week in Miami at Art Basel where several celebs and average art lovers alike headed to take in the various pieces on display by both classic and modern artists. Unlike his fellow celebs, however, the Atlanta crooner was seen interacting with an artist in a most unexpected way.
A friend of said artist who happened to be putting on the exhibition snapped shots of Usher appearing to be charging his cell phone in the woman's private area. Not exactly sure how that works, but the accompanying photo seems to back up the bizarre story.
