Dwyane Wade May Reportedly Land in Los Angeles or Miami After Buyout

According to a report from Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, Chicago Bulls guard Dwyane Wade could be severing ties with his hometown team to either rejoin the Miami Heat or head to Los Angeles. Jackson cites close associates to Wade as tipping him off to Wade's possible destinations. It was reported in August that Wade was considering teaming up with his long time friend and former teammate LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. However, these most recent reports throw a wrench in a move everyone thought was inevitable. There is also the hurdle of getting Chicago to actually go through with the buyout, something neither coach Fred Hoiberg or GM Gar Foreman has confirmed. Wade is currently in the final year of his contract worth $47 million, after averaging 18.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 3.8 assists this past season.
