Charles McDowell, the man whose mugshot went viral due to the size of his neck, was arrested again after he was busted in Alabama.
According to booking records, McDowell was charged with attempting to elude police, second-degree possession of marijuana, reckless driving, driving with license revoked and improper lane usage. He was booked around 3:30 am on Wednesday (November 21) on $5,400 bond.
