Singer James Ingram Passes Away From Brain Cancer at Age 66
According to reports, Grammy-award winning songwriter and singer James Ingram has passed away after a battle with brain cancer. Ingram was known for his work with Quincy Jones and helped Jones write and record numerous hits. One of those hits Ingram had a hand in was Michael Jackson’s “P.Y.T.” which he and Quincy Jones co-wrote. Sources close to Ingram said the singer was fighting the cancer for a long period of time.
