Terrence Howard Sues 'Empire' For Using His Face As Logo, Ripping Him Off

Terrance Howard has been continuing to have issues with ‘Empire’ as the actor is now suing the show for allegedly ripping him off.

The actor appeared on the show for six seasons until the show ultimately went down due to the alleged hate crime scandal prompted by Jussie Smollett. However, that hasn’t stopped the show from allegedly using the actor’s image according to Howard. The actor is alleging that 20th Century Fox has been using his image and likeness for the logo for the show, but have not paid him any money. Howard claims the creators of the didn’t ask for any type of authorization to use his image for face to be the logo for the hit show.

Howard is claiming imagery from his 2005 role in the film ‘Hustle & Flow’ were lifted, photoshopped, and used for ‘Empire.’ As a result, Howard is suing for a full accounting of all the money made by ‘Empire’ from using his face as the logo on merchandise. Along with that, he’s also suing for damages.
