Bow Wow Faces Backlash for Packed Out Show in Houston w/ Maskless Fans
The COVID-19 pandemic has been affecting the United States since March 2020, when lockdowns to curb the spread of the virus began to be implemented throughout various states. However, it seems certain cities have passed on the lockdown, including Houston, Texas.
Although COVID-19 numbers are rising in different cities and states, entertainers and musicians have continued to try their hand at having shows, including Bow Wow, who recently had a show in Houston. The rapper’s show ended up being packed out, and fans in the video could be seen shouting his lyrics back at him.
Despite the crowd's support, once the video was posted, the rapper received much backlash for the show, where many people in the crowd could be seen without a mask. One fan even went as far as writing on Twitter, “Y’all risking your lives for… BOW WOW?”
