Since the passing of King Von, the rapper’s sister Kayla B has been in the news. Recently, footage surfaced of Kayla B getting into a fight with rapper Cuban Doll. Along with that, Kayla also addressed Von’s relationship status before his passing. Now, Kayla B has addressed weird rumors related to her brother that came about after old tweets of hers re-surfaced.
Via IG Live, Kayla B shut down all rumors that she was romantically involved with her brother, saying, “Get y'all sick nasty a**es on. Do I look like I'm from Down South? Me and my brother we from Chicago. We're not from Down South where people f**k they brothers and sisters. All y'all that sayin' that, I hope y'all grandma die 'cause that's some nasty s**t.” Kayla B made it clear that she and her brother always knew they were related, but she and Von were separated after her dad passed.
