 Substitute teacher charged with allegedly having s-xual relations with a student in a car and tried to engage in relations with a second student.

Marsel Javaris Smith, 27, made advances on a student after one of his classes, asking for her number and trying to get her to send him explicit Snapchats and texts.

Smith allegedly said in a text, “Dang you making wanna see more videos and pics but a lil more you know exclusive.”

The student, who is under 18, denied his advances and Smith replied, “But come on think of everything I be at your school. You can trust me.”

They eventually would meet up at a fast food restaurant, where Smith adamantly asked for a s-xual act, but she denied

Five days later, Smith allegedly took her to Osswald Park in Fort Lauderdale, where they had s-x in his car even though she emphatically made her feelings clear.
