Michelle Obama To Release Rap Album For "Let's Move" Campaign
One of Michelle Obama's main objectives while in office has been to curb America's rapidly rising rates of childhood obesity. To combat the problem, the First Lady has been promoting a program called "Let's Move," which combines "comprehensive strategies with common sense."
Michelle plans to release a "Let's Move" Hip Hop-inspired album as part of the program, and has recruited a wide range of well-known acts. DMC of Run-DMC, Doug E. Fresh, Travis Barker, Ashanti, Jordin Sparks, and Kidz in the Hall rapper Naledge will all be featured on the project. The music will be intended to get kids up and dancing, as well as appreciating healthy lifestyles.
How would you rate the FLOTUS' effort?
