New Yorkers Arrested in Florida for Massive Credit Card Fraud
Two New York residents are currently locked up in a Florida jail, after allegedly planning to commit widespread fraud all over the state. According to the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office, 22-year-old Graisy Pichardo and 26-year-old Myles Nicholas were the people involved, and are being held on $15,000 bail.
Deputies claim the two went to Wal-Mart to buy gift cards, but left the store when asked for identification. Police found the two in a car outside the store, with a credit card cloning machine. Evidently, the two had been cloning cards and buying gift cards at dozens of stores.
The two were charged with theft and several other felony charges.
