Birdman Makes $85K After Selling Miami Condo

YMCMB head honcho Birdman made a cool $85,000 in the sale of his spare Miami condo for $330,000. The 1,172 square foot condo featured one-bedroom, 2-bathrooms, expansive ocean views, and valet parking. 

The spare condo didn't make much sense, seeing as how Baby already owns a palatial 19,000 square foot mansion that he bought for $14 million in 2012.
