Bids on an original painting by George Zimmerman, the man found not guilty of second-degree murder and manslaughter in Trayvon Martin's death, have reached over $100,000 on eBay. The painting is of an American flag done on canvas with a mixture of light and dark blues with words written on the stripes in white letters from the Pledge of Allegiance. The words include "God, One Nation, with Liberty and Justice For All."Underneath the description on eBay, Zimmerman writes, "Everyone has been asking what I have been doing with myself. I found a creative, way to express myself, my emotions and the symbols that represent my experiences.""My art work allows me to reflect, providing a therapeutic outlet and allows me to remain indoors :) I hope you enjoy owning this piece as much as I enjoyed creating it," Zimmerman wrote. He signed it, "Your friend, George Zimmerman."Check out photos of the painting in the above slide. What do you think of Zimmerman's painting?Source: Los Angeles Times
