Justin Bieber Hit With $5k Bill For Herb Smoking in Mansion

So Justin Bieber was recently arrested for DUI in Los Angeles, and shortly after he was arrested for criminal assault in Toronto.  His actions have prompted over 100,000 anti-Bielibers to sign an online petition demanding his deportation, which the Obama administration must now review.  With all of those negative looks, TMZ has reported that Justin has now also been hit with a $5,000 fine for smoking out a Miami mansion he rented out from January 18th to January 25th.

He apparently put down a $20,000 security deposit and paid $4,200 a night, to which he was only given back around $15,000 because he and his friends left the house absolutely reeking of marijuana.  The cleaning crew estimate that it will take close to $5,000 in order to rid the home of the smell and repair anything else that was effected during his stay.
