Singer of 90's Group Hi-Five in Custody After Wife Found Dead

Russell Neal, a singer from the '90s group Hi-Five, is now in police custody after he told police that his wife was dead inside their apartment. According to TMZ, Neal requested a lawyer after revealing the tragic news in-person at the police station.

He reportedly told officers that he and his wife got into an argument on Wednesday night and then asked for a lawyer without releasing any more information. His lawyer, Chris Brown, told TMZ that "We are aware of the situation and are presently evaluating it."

Hi-Five scored two big hits in the '90s with "I Like the Way (The Kissing Game)" and "She's Playing Hard to Get." Their lead singer famously died after huffing freon in 2007.
