Gordon Hayward Signs 4 Year, $128 Million Deal with Boston Celtics

Gordon Hayward, one of this off-season's most sought-after free agents, announced on Tuesday that he'll be leaving the Utah Jazz for the Boston Celtics. Hayward agreed to a 4-year, $128 million contract that includes a player option on the final year.
After a brief period of confusion during which his agent clarified that he hadn't yet signed with Boston, Hayward officially announced his decision to leave the Jazz with an article on The Player's Tribune titled, "Thank You, Utah."
In the article, Hayward said that reuniting with this former coach at Butler Brad Stevens was a determining factor in his decision.
