Sprint's half-price Note 8 offer is the best deal yet
The Galaxy Note 8 preorders have been up for almost a week already, but Sprint is sweetening its honey trap for customers switching to its cell phone lease plans, giving them the $960 Note 8 at less than half price, and doesn't even want anything to be paid upfront. Thus, if you bring your number to Sprint, or add a new line of service with the carrier, a Sprint Flex lease plan for Samsung's most advanced smartphone will cost you just $20/month for 18 months. Upon expiration, you can continue the lease, return the device, or purchase it outright.
The best part is that you can still collect Samsung's active bonuses of a Gear 360 or the so-called Foundation Kit which includes a Samsung 128GB EVO+ memory card and Fast Wireless Charging Convertible until September 24, or while supplies last. The offer is available with Sprint's current promo plan that includes unlimited data, talk and text, HD video and 10 GB of mobile hotspot for $22.50 a month per line for a typical family plan of four.
To enhance the Note 8 deal even further, Sprint has it qualified for its Galaxy Forever undertaking that allows upgrades to a new Galaxy flagship after 12 Sprint Flex payments, so when you get enough of the Note 8 next fall, you might switch to the S9, or the next Note without much hassle.
