Nicki Minaj sent a birthday shout out to her fellow Trinandian emcee, Foxy Brown. Minaj credited Foxy with inspriring her flow and rap style saying, "I may have never even started rapping if it wasn't for her. KING FOX.." She continued with the praises saying, "Her flow & delivery is still unmatched. You can't listen to me w/o hearing her influence. She's still the only thing I compete w/when it comes to precision of flow, delivery & execution. Trini QUEEN 🇹🇹 Happy Birthday my love".
Minaj's birthday message surprised many fans whom believe Minaj borrowed Lil' Kim's signature looks and rap style and has failed to pay homage to the Brooklyn rapper. Foxy Brown and Lil' Kim have a legendary 20-year long beef steaming from J.U.N.I.O.R. M.A.F.I.A.'S claims that Foxy's debut, "Ill Na Na", was a knockoff of Kim's album, "Hardcore".
