Young Man Shot And Killed Near 7 Mile Rd And Pierson In Detroit

DETROIT, MI – A young man in his late twenties to early thirties was shot and killed Friday evening, September 1st, 2017 near W 7 Mile Rd and Pierson Street in Detroit.

Those who knew and loved him are identifying him as Lil Kevin, who drove a Dodge Durango, was gunned down at about 9:30 Friday evening. Many on social media are in disbelief that this could have happened to someone who seemed to be doing well for himself.
It is unknown what lead up to the shooting. Some have indicted that the incident could have been motivated by jealousy of some type. It is not known if any suspects have been taken into custody in this tragic murder.

His Facebook profile states that he had studied at Wayne State University, had attended Crosman High School.
