Starbucks to Ban Porn on Its Free WiFi in All U.S. Stores in 2019

Starbucks has been in the news a lot this year for reasons that have nothing to do with their coffee products, and now the billion dollar company has found themselves entangled in a porn controversy they're determined to get out of. Enough is Enough is a foundation that advocates for internet safety, and for years they've pressured Starbucks to restrict access to pornography on the free WiFi they provide to their customers.
Back in 2016, the company had made a promise to block porn sites in their cafes, but after two years of inaction they've been called out again by the advocacy group that has started a petition with over 26 thousand signatures. Now Starbucks says that they are fully committed to adding content blockers on explicit websites, and the new policy should be underway by next year.
