Philly Man With A Knife In His Hand... Fatally Shot By Police In Front Of His Mother After 911 Caller Claimed He Was Hitting A Woman

 Incident initially reported around 3:47pm at 6124 Locust St. The 911 caller stated a man was assaulting a woman and he may possibly be armed with a knife.
