Evander Holyfield's Son Suffers Brutal Knockout to an Electrician
Evander Holyfield’s son Evan recently took the first loss of his career during a fight that went down at TrillerVerz 5.
While facing off with Jurmain McDonald, an electrician outside of boxing, Holyfield caught an overhand right shot that sent him tumbling to the ground swiftly. Prior to the knockout, Holyfield was 9-0. Now the 24-year-old fighter is 9-1.
Evan Holyfield spoke about the loss on Twitter, saying, “Blessed to be in good health, and that was a good shot, no cap! Hope I didn’t disappoint too many folk, but I promise I’ll make up for it. Definitely still have my sights on being world champion!” Following the fight, McDonald reportedly said he had to go to work on Monday at his electrician job. Watch the knockout above.
