Chicago Lady Severs Landlord's Body Parts & Puts Them in a Freezer After Getting Evicted

Tenants in the West Ridge house in neighborhoods of North Chicago recently bore witness to a horrific chain of events that resulted in their landlord getting dismembered by their roommate in a gruesome murder case that has made national headlines. The incident occured inside a home owned by an elderly woman named Frances Walker (68). According to reports, her tenants grew concerned for her well-being when they heard a scream around 2:30 pm on Monday and did not see or hear from her within 24 hours after that. They also grew very suspicious of their fellow occupant, Sanda Kolalou (36), whom many of them were already afraid of, when she called a tow truck and had them haul away a large bag.

As the real-life horror story played itself out, Kolalou ordered the tow truck to drive her and the mysterious cargo to Seal Beach; little did he know he was transporting evidence of a murder. Not only did Kolalou pay for the tow truck with her landlord's credit card, but she added to the suspicion by pulling a knife on the tow truck driver and occupying her landlord's cell phone in an attempt to make people think that she was still alive before she eventually disposed of her corpse in a trash can. In the meantime, her fellow tenants alerted the authorities and encouraged them to investigate her activity. This prompted detectives to pursue the cargo that Kolalou dumped at Seal Beach. Upon their arrival, they discovered bloody rags inside a garbage can.  When they returned to Kolalou's home, they found her landlord's head, arms, and legs inside her freezer, along with a trail of blood in several rooms. Investigators have indicated that the assailant used two chef knives to do her bidding on the first floor of Walker's home. Shortly after the shocking discovery, Kolalou was arrested for first-degree murder and the concealment of a homicide.

Before Frances Walker was murdered, she served Sandra Kolaou with an eviction notice. Walker's torso is still missing. Kolalou is currently being held by law Enterprises without bail, her court date is set for this Halloween.
